CareerS Project representative spoke on the Student Conference SBB-Telenor at Zlatibor

Representative of the project participated at the Student Conference "Building Capacities of Student Representatives" and beside trainings disseminated the project publication on career guidance and counselling services at universities in Serbia and annonced the round tables at universities in Serbia which will be devoted to discussing the neccesarry skills for transfer and advancment in the labour market.

Info Session for academic staff and students held at parter Universities

During the week from 21 October several meetings - CareerS Info Sessions were held at the University of Belgrade, Singidunum University, University of Novi Sad, University of Kragujevac, University of Nis with participation of partners from Silesia University, Poland.

PREDSTAVLJANJE REZULTATA ISTRAŽIVANJA „Šta poslodavci danas očekuju od mladih stručnjaka i od Univerziteta u Srbiji“ – OKRUGLI STOLOVI NA UNIVERZITETIMA

Okrugli stolovi organizuju se sa ciljem predstavljanja rezultata istraživanja, predstavljanja potreba poslodavaca u pogledu profila budućih zaposlenih, predstavljanje aktuelnih trendova na tržištu rada, pružanja informacija poslodavcima i akademskoj zajednici o svim mogućnostima saradnje sa Centrima za razvoj karijere na univerzitetima u Srbiji i jačanja saradnje između visokoobrazovnih ustanova i privrede.  

Okrugli stolovi će se održati na institucijama – akademskim partnerima Tempus projekta „Razvoj karijernog vođenja u cilju unapređenja visokog obrazovanja u Srbiji“- CAREERS po sledećem rasporedu:

Očekujemo da će na skupu biti prilike da se razgovara o sledećim temama:

• Kako pospešiti saradnju između privrede i univerziteta?
• Kako univerziteti mogu pomoći poslodavcima prilikom organizacije programa praksi?
• Koje veštine i znanja su potrebne poslodavcima iz ugla poslodavaca?
• Koja su najvažnija znanja, sposobnosti i veštine koje treba da poseduju diplomirani studenti?
• Koje usluge univerziteti ternutno pružaju poslodavcima i koje su potrebe poslodavaca u budućnosti?
• Primeri dobre prakse saradnje između kompanija i univerziteta?
• Koje veštine su najcenjenije kod poslodavaca i zašto?

International CareerS Conference in Serbia

Niš, 24 October 2013 - International CareerS Conference “Serbia within European Paradigm of Career Guidance - Recommendations and Perspectives has been held today at the University of Niš (Building of the Rectorate, Ceremonial Hall).

This conference gathered representatives of CareerS project Consortium from the University of Belgrade (grant holder), University of Swansea (UK), University of Padua (Italy), Silesia University (Poland), Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of Serbia, Ministry of Youth and Sport of Serbia, University of Niš, University of Novi Sad, University of Kragujevac, Singidunum University, Student Conference of Universities of Serbia, Public Enterprise “Elektromreza Srbije” and Belgrade Open School, and along with guest speakers from Germany, UK and Italy addressed the questions relevant for development of career guidance aimed at improving higher education in Serbia.

CareerS meetings at the University of Niš

Niš, 13 March 2013 - University of Belgrade project team visited University of Niš and had meetings with project team and university management to monitor development, offer further assistance in development of a comprehensive Centre for Career Guidance and coordinate activities in this project year related to international seminar planned to be held in Nis in autumn.
