AKCENT

„ASOCIJACIJA KARIJERNIH CENTARA UNIVERZITETA SRBIJE“ osnovana je 2012.godine kao nevladino, nestranačko i neprofitno udruženje građana koje svoje ciljeve ostvaruje u oblasti karijernog vođenja i savetovanja u visokom obrazovanju Srbije.


Ciljevi Udruženja su:
1. unapređenje karijernog vođenja studenata i diplomaca – inoviranjem i razvojem programa karijernog informisanja, obrazovanja, savetovanja i programa za povezivanje sa poslovnim svetom,
2. promovisanje karijernog vođenja i profesije karijernih savetnika i rada svih članova mreže u medijima, među socijalnim partnerima i svim akterima uključenim i zainteresovanim za ovu oblast,
3. zagovaranje i lobiranje ideje karijernog vođenja i celoživotnog učenja u društvu i na međunarodnom planu,
4. uspostavljanje saradnje između univerzitetskih karijernih centara u Srbiji i u okruženju, uspostavljanje, kao i održavanje i razvoj kontakata sa poslodavcima,
5. podrška zaposlenima u oblasti karijernog vođenja da dosegnu najviše standarde u profesiji i podizanje kapaciteta centara za razvoj karijere i savetovanje na univerzitetima.

Radi ostvarivanja svojih ciljeva Udruženje naročito:
1) organizuje, samo ili u zajednici sa drugim organizacijama, stručne skupove, savetovanja, seminare i druge oblike edukacije i stručnog usavršavanja u ovoj oblasti;
2) objavljuje knjige i druge publikacije iz oblasti karijernog vođenja i savetovanja;
3) okuplja i organizuje stručnjake za rad na projektima i programima iz domena karijernog vođenja i savetovanja;
4) promoviše značaj razvijanja svesti o važnosti celoživotnog učenja i usavršavanja, karijernog vođenja i savetovanja mladih i međunarodne saradnje u oblasti vođenja i razvoja karijere;
5) sarađuje sa univerzitetima, fakultetima, stručnim udruženjima i drugim organizacijama u zemlji i inostranstvu koje se karijernim informisanjem, savetovanjem, edukacijom i povezivanjem sa poslovnim svetom.
6) razvija naprednu bazu podataka dostupnu svim članicama u cilju podsticanja razmene iskustava, primera dobre prakse, literature
7) razvija i pilotira nove programe karijernog vođenja za mlade
8) realizuje aktivnosti profesionalne orijentacije i karijernog testiranja mladih
9) pruža pomoć i podršku u pronalaženju visokoobrazovanog stručnog kadra (usluge konsultacije, obuke, predselekcije...)
10) izrađuje različite štampane, elektronske informativne i edukativne materijale za mlade, poslodavce, univerzitetsku zajednicu i različite interesne grupe
11) realizuje međunarodne i nacionalne projekte iz oblasti karijernog vođenja i doživotnog obrazovanja
12) predstavlja članice na različitim sednicama vladinih tela i na konferencijama u zemlji i inostranstvu
